Manfred “Manny” Pino is a Costa Rican attorney and international business advisor with decades of experience working across Latin America. His career has encompassed international law, cross-border business, banking and finance, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regional business development.

Over the course of his career, Manny has advised and worked with businesses, investors, professional firms and international organizations on matters involving multiple Latin American markets, including cross-border transactions, investment, market entry and regional business development. That experience provides the practical foundation for The Latin America Legal Desk’s coordination model.

Through the Desk, Manny serves as a central coordination point for law firms and companies requiring support across Latin America, working with qualified independent local counsel while helping maintain consistent communication, scope, deadlines, follow-up and reporting.
